The contact centre market is being disrupted from three directions simultaneously: AI is embedding itself invisibly into telephony infrastructure; customer-facing AI is now the first point of contact in many enterprise call flows; and CCaaS business models are being reshaped by the AI revolution, accelerating migration and supplier-switching. In this environment, Voice remains central to successful customer outcomes and a key driver of cost-efficient operations. The most innovative organisations test as standard across their entire Voice estate — across AI agents, IVR, and human-assisted journeys alike.

Our customers are multinationals with complex telephony environments — financial services, telecommunications, travel, retail, healthcare, and public sector organisations where a failed voice interaction carries serious consequences. The Opportunity 

The market for contact centre testing is accelerating. AI deployment, CCaaS migration, and IVR modernisation are creating testing events at a pace the industry has not seen before. Klearcom is positioned at the centre of that disruption — and is now building the commercial team to capture it at scale.

This is an early-stage opportunity in a business with a proven product, a loyal installed base, and a clear strategic direction agreed at board level. The GTM motion is defined. The ICP is precise. The sales methodology is structured and repeatable. What we are now building is the team to execute it.

For the right person, this means joining at the moment of scale — with the frameworks in place, the market moving toward us, and the mandate to build something significant. Klearcom grows by entering at the right moment. So do the people who join it.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively prospect and develop new enterprise logos from a curated account list of large, multinational B2B and B2C organisations
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 6–9 months typically, while identifying and capitalising on shorter-cycle opportunities where they arise
  • Engage confidently across procurement, IT, CX, and C-suite to build consensus and close
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Consultant to deliver technically credible and commercially compelling proposals
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and methodology as an early member of the post-investment commercial team

What We Are Looking For

  • 5 years demonstrable experience in enterprise SaaS or technical sales, ideally within CX, CCaaS, CPaaS, telephony, or adjacent SaaS categories
  • Proven ability to navigate long, complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-making layers
  • A strong and consistently applied sales methodology — you understand process and use it with purpose
  • Commercial maturity, resilience, and the ability to operate with autonomy in a high-growth environment
  • A growth mindset and genuine hunger — not just for personal earnings, but for building something of lasting quality
