Account Manager

Owns and grows revenue within existing enterprise accounts by building senior stakeholder relationships, identifying expansion opportunities, and positioning Klearcom as a strategic partner. Focuses on long-term account development and scaling account management processes.

Drives new business by prospecting and closing complex enterprise deals, managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, and building consensus across technical and commercial buyers. Works closely with Solutions Consultants to deliver compelling, credible proposals.

Solutions Consultant

Leads the technical side of the sales process, including discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations, while translating complex telephony and CX architectures into clear business value. Partners with Account Executives to win deals and shapes the pre-sales function as it scales.
